Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our UK team. The Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business while also managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will possess strong sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen interest in new technologies (especially AI). They will have an existing network within the Sports, Entertainment, and Tourism industries, or a desire to build one.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand existing client relationships:
● Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Satisfi Labs product, guiding the client via training sessions, discussions, and account optimizations to ensure adoption and success.
● Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor and client advocate within Satisfi Labs.
● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services to drive revenue growth.
● Monitor clients' performance and proactively suggest improvements to maximize their success.
● Maintain and improve overall client satisfaction by providing world-class customer service through organization, urgency, and strategy.
Generate new business opportunities and sales
● Develop and execute sales strategies to reach decision-makers generating scalable, repeatable, and predictable revenue streams.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our technology.
● Partner with our Marketing team to create measurable sales campaigns leveraging Satisfi’s full suite of products.
Collaborate with internal teams:
● Effectively collaborate with sales, product, and other internal peers to maximize the client experience.
● Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate contracting, invoicing, and payment collection.
● Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Key Requirements
● Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the Sports, Entertainment, or Tourism sectors.
● A desire to build a strong understanding of Conversational AI technology and its potential applications within target markets.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Results-driven and highly motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
