At move.ai we’ve created an industry-revolutionising markerless motion capture technology stack to bring motion from any video into the worlds of production, animation and the metaverse. We’re looking for a Product Specialist to come on board and help our customers and our business thrive as we scale-up.
The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing move.ai platform demonstrations to potential users, and onboarding new customers as well as conducting, organising and delivering service-based shoots and installations for customers. This is a pivotal new role at move.ai where we require a personable and highly organised person to ensure customers have a positive and productive experience.
Reporting into the Technical Account Manager, the Product Specialist will work closely alongside the commercial and account management teams to ensure that the Move.ai customer journey is seamless and streamlined.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rapidly growing industry with cutting edge markerless motion capture technology, by working with industry leading customers in video games, sports and fIlm & TV.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Become a move.ai platform super user, capable of explaining the system to anyone!
- Introduce move.ai to new users and customers either in-person or via video conference
- Working with sales team to organise & deliver demos & customer installations
- Understand the needs of the customer and the capabilities of the product
- Own the customer demo & onboarding calendars
- Assist with the writing & delivery of user documentation, videos & materials
- Assist with the writing & delivery of onboarding user documentation, videos & materials
Requirements and Experience:
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use video-editing software such as Camtasia, Premiere, Final Cut, iMovie
- A clear understanding of local & web applications
- Understanding of video editing & camera-based workflows i.e. Adobe Premiere, Blackmagic DaVinci
- Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Maya, Unreal Engine, Unity
- UK-based candidate
