Our innovative on-device solution has revolutionized the advertising and marketing industry, and we're looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow.

Position Description: As the Sales Manager in our fast-growing startup, you will play a critical role in driving our revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the overall success of the company. This is a high-impact position that requires a strong work ethic, strategic thinking and a passion for driving sales excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem, a proven track record of overachieving quota and experience working in a fast paced company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, understand their unique business needs and articulate how our SaaS solutions can address those needs effectively.

Job functions:

  • Work closely with the CRO and CMO to execute the sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Ability to build a rich pipeline of new business by creating a well researched prospect list and a disciplined outreach strategy.
  • Solution based selling focus by seeking to understand clients needs and challenges in order to translate those into key sales benefits.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use the data to inform sales decisions and increase sales volumes.
  • Continuously improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices, sales methodologies, and manage tools to optimize sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular reports to the CRO on sales KPIs and progress.
  • Identify potential risks or obstacles to achieving sales targets and propose solutions.
  • Exhibit a customer centric approach to foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Work with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including product, marketing and engineering to align sales efforts with overall company strategy.
  • Become a market expert providing feedback from customers and the market to help improve products,services and communications efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use that knowledge to inform sales strategy.
  • Key contributor to annual Strategy development: Bring insight driven recommendations to the table to help design a sales strategy that will drive business results.
  • Potential to recruit and grow the sales team as revenue allows.
